Position: Sales Consultant (Tele-sales) /(English Speaker, full-time office-based)

Duty Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive basic salary

• Monthly commission based on achieved revenue

• Performance-driven commission structure with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads to present our offers and convince them
• Contact leads to generate interest and sales opportunities
• Overcome patients' concerns by listening, empathizing, and providing relevant information
• Negotiate and secure commitments from patients to make purchases
• Keep detailed records of interactions to track performance and follow up with leads
• Strive to achieve or exceed sales goals through proactive efforts
• Ensure patient satisfaction, address issues, and explore additional sales opportunities post-purchase

Qualifications

• Previous experience in performance-driven sales environments, including telesales, field sales, inbound, and outbound sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field.
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
• Language proficiency in English
