Sales Manager - Medical Background

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue generation for all units

• Develop, manage, and expand agency partnerships with international principals and suppliers.

• Identify and onboard new agencies and brands to strengthen the company’s portfolio.

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve market penetration & revenue growth.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and decision-makers.

• Manage end-to-end sales processes including tender submissions, negotiations, and closures.

• Provide market insights to management for competitive positioning and product expansion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years proven sales experience in medical and surgical industry.

• Strong UAE healthcare market knowledge with existing client network.

• Demonstrated success in agency onboarding, business development, and revenue growth.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive results under minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
