Job Description
- Review and validate sales submissions and documentation to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, CCHI, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Support the management and processing of exception cases in line with approved governance and escalation procedures.
- Follow up and coordinate with Sales teams to resolve missing requirements, documentation gaps, and quality issues within the required timelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify recurring issues, non-compliance trends, and process gaps.
- Support awareness sessions and provide guidance to Sales teams regarding quality requirements, documentation standards, and process updates.
- Maintain proper records, trackers, and audit trails for all reviewed cases and quality activities.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce rejection rates
Skills
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance and compliance concepts.
- Knowledge of documentation review and validation processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic reporting and data entry skills.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
