Sales Specialist – Medical Devices (Neurosurgery& Spine) We’re recruiting a high-performing Sales specialist to drive growth across our medical device portfolio with a focus on spine, orthopedic, and neurosurgery specialties. The role requires strong OR familiarity, disciplined account management, and the ability to build long-term clinical relationships. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full sales cycle for medical equipment within assigned territory. • Support surgeons inside the operating room during spine and related procedures. • Maintain strong relationships with spine, orthopedic, and neurosurgery physicians. • Deliver product presentations, demos, and clinical education sessions. • Execute territory plans, hit quarterly targets, and expand market share. • Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence. • Drive customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service excellence. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 4 years of experience in operating room environments, preferably spine surgery. • Proven sales track record in medical devices or surgical equipment. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • High work ethic, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build productive relationships with surgeons and clinical staff. • Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic schedule
