Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist - Dental to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee sales of dental products in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, managing key accounts. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through a performance-driven sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers through planned account support and strategic engagement.
  • Foster trust and satisfaction with customers to ensure sustainable business partnerships.

Sales Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on ethical and performance-based selling methods.
  • Proactively develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Account Management:

  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring tailored support to meet their unique needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, resolving issues and providing exceptional service.

Market Knowledge & Communication:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the dental industry.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to develop profitable business opportunities.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, customer activities, and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry regulations.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Dental Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dental product sales in UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of the dental market in UAE, including dental products.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
