Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage and guide a team of sales representatives, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, developing sales strategies, providing team training, and enhancing customer relationships. Collaboration with other departments to meet business objectives is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess sales data, interpret trends, and optimize performance
• Experience in Team Management, including motivating, supervising, and training sales teams
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to foster positive client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Experience in Training team members to improve skills and ensure adherence to company standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior sales or supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
