Job Description Summary

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating and executing projects, analyzing business processes, and developing operational and strategic reports. The role involves collaborating with various departments to understand business needs, preparing detailed reports such as business plans and accountability documents, and providing strategic insights through comprehensive studies on productivity and resource utilization.

Prepare detailed departmental reports such as business plans accountability reports and other related documents for management review and endorsement
Coordinate comprehensive studies on business analysis productivity and resource utilization

Operational Roles & Responsibilities %

Coordinate the preparation of routine reports for review and approval
Collaborate with proponents to understand business needsstandards and ensure timely and accurate data collection
Handle project execution by coordinating schedules resources and tasks managing project documentation Oversee the validation process of collected data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain statistical reports to generate business insights
Create charts graphs and organize relevant statistics to support business activities
Communicate with proponents from different departments to collect required data

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor in business administration, information technology, financial management, health statistics, engineering, or closely related field is required.

Professional Certifications Required

Years of Experience

.-Minimum 6.-8 years in related activities.
