Role Description

Bizrahmed and its subsidiaries are seeking a Senior Creative Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Senior Creative Designer will conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions across various channels, including branding, graphics, and web design projects. Daily responsibilities include developing creative concepts, producing high-quality visual designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Creative Designer & AI Content Creator to lead the visual and digital content development for our brands. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary creative professional with strong expertise in graphic design, video production, branding, and AI-powered content creation.

This role requires someone who can transform ideas into high-impact visual assets across digital and physical platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency. The candidate must be highly skilled in modern design tools, emerging AI creative technologies, and multimedia production.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

• Design high-quality flyers, banners, road banners, marketing posters, and promotional materials
• Develop brand identities, logos, and full brand guideline documents
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing channels
• Create product packaging concepts and marketing visuals

Social Media & Content Creation

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and digital advertisements
• Develop and produce high-resolution video reels and short-form content
• Create visually compelling content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital campaigns
• Develop and manage a strategic content calendar and content planning

Video & Multimedia Production

• Produce high-quality video reels, product videos, and promotional content
• Edit and color-grade video footage for professional output
• Create motion graphics, animated elements, and dynamic visual storytelling

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Utilize modern AI tools to enhance and accelerate creative production
• Generate AI-driven visuals, videos, and concepts
• Use platforms such as NanoBanana, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, and other AI creative tools
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to produce innovative marketing content

3D Design & Product Visualization

• Create 3D product renders and visualizations
• Develop mockups and visual concepts for new product launches
• Produce realistic product imagery for marketing campaigns and packaging concepts

Creative Strategy

• Contribute to marketing campaigns with innovative creative concepts
• Identify visual trends and new creative technologies
• Support brand growth through high-impact visual storytelling

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or creative production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, video, and design work
• Experience working with consumer goods, cosmetics, lifestyle, or retail brands
• Ability to produce high-end, premium creative outputs
