About the Role

We need a skilled senior full stack developer who can design and implement sophisticated web applications with a focus on security, scalability, and seamless integration with healthcare systems. You'll work directly with our leadership team to develop secure infrastructure that protects sensitive medical data while enabling powerful AI model integration. Your solutions will ensure our healthcare products maintain the highest standards of data protection while delivering exceptional performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the frontend
• Build robust backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and FastAPI
• Architect secure middleware systems that manage encryption, authentication, and data integrity
• Create and optimize high-performance APIs that facilitate seamless integration with AI models and healthcare systems
• Implement healthcare data interoperability using HL7, FHIR, and DICOM standards
• Design and implement database schemas and queries with PostgreSQL
• Set up and configure deployment environments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that meets project requirements
• Implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces that provide excellent user experience for healthcare professionals
• Optimize application performance for maximum efficiency and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Document development processes, features, and code for future reference

MUST HAVE

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong track record
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development
• Strong experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and modern React applications
• Extensive backend experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI
• Proficiency in database design and optimization (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience implementing secure coding practices and identifying security vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of containerization ( Docker ) and orchestration technologies
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar pipeline tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Valid work permit or Saudi national

• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP )
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with ElasticSearch or similar search technologies
• Knowledge of cryptography concepts including PKI and digital signatures
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
• Security certifications ( CISSP, CEH , or similar)
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Additional regional languages beyond English (Arabic is a plus)
