Job Title: Senior Manager – Learning & Development

Department: People & Culture

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports to: Director, People & Culture

Role Purpose

Lead the design and execution of organization-wide learning and capability‑building initiatives that support strategic priorities, operational excellence, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual L&D strategy, roadmap, and budget.
  • Lead leadership development, onboarding, mandatory training, and capability-building programs.
  • Oversee LMS governance, content management, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation training standards (DoH, JCIA).
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and design customized solutions.
  • Manage internal and external training partners, vendors, and consultants.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks to measure training impact and ROI.
  • Coach and develop the L&D team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
  • 8–12 years of L&D experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in enterprise learning programs and digital learning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
