Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Media Buyer role based in Dubai. The role involves developing and executing media planning and buying strategies, negotiating and purchasing advertising space across multiple channels, and optimizing campaign performance. The Senior Media Buyer will monitor market trends, analyze campaign data, and liaise with media partners and internal teams to ensure alignment with the hospital's goals and brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Media Planning and Media Buying, with the ability to effectively negotiate and secure premium ad placements
• Proven skills in developing and implementing Media Strategies aligned with organizational goals for optimizing reach and ROI
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess campaign performance, monitor market trends, and deliver insights to enhance decision-making
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage budgets and timelines
• Experience in healthcare-related advertising or media buying is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
