We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator with a medical background to create accurate, engaging content for a healthcare/medical setting. You will plan and produce content across social platforms, collaborate with doctors and clinic teams, and ensure all content aligns with medical compliance and patient privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars for social platforms.
• Create and publish content: reels, short videos, scripts, captions, stories, and posts .
• Coordinate filming with doctors/staff and manage shoot schedules in-clinic.
• Ensure medical accuracy in all content (procedures, terminology, claims).
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent tone/visual identity.
• Monitor performance (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize content accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with patient privacy, consent, and approval workflows (especially before/after content).

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management + content creation (Instagram/TikTok/Snapchat).
• Medical background (healthcare studies or strong proven experience producing medical content).
• Strong copywriting skills ( Arabic required , English is a plus).
• Comfortable on-site in Riyadh and able to support filming/shoot days.
• Basic editing/design skills (e.g., CapCut/Canva/Adobe ) is a strong plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work fast while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Experience in medical clinics (derma, dental, plastic surgery, bariatric, etc.).
• Experience with UGC/influencer coordination and short-form video trends.
• Understanding of healthcare advertising rules and compliance practices.
