Social Media Content Creator

Cultivay is a bilingual early childhood development center that provides a safe, warm, and empowering environment for children. Using a child-centered approach, we encourage children to express, experiment, and explore while leading their own learning journeys.

We’re looking for a creative, child-loving Social Media Content Creator (Saudi National Only) , who can lead our social media presence with fresh ideas, warm storytelling, and professional visuals.

Someone who enjoys blending design + photography + content writing to create meaningful stories that genuinely connect with families and educators.

Responsibilities

·      Create engaging content for the social media platforms.

·      Photograph children in the center with sensitivity, respect, and professionalism.

·      Edit and design photos, reels, infographics, and educational posts.

·      Write captions that reflect our philosophy in emotional safety, child-centred care, and developmental knowledge.

·      Work closely with the clinical and educational team to ensure content truly represents our approach.

·      Manage monthly content calendars.

·      Maintain brand identity and visual consistency.

Qualifications

·      Strong creativity and high aesthetic sense.

·      A genuine passion for working around children (essential).

·      Ability to photograph kids naturally and respectfully.

·      Excellent skills in Photoshop / Illustrator / Lightroom / Canva.

·      Ability to write warm, educational, and parent-friendly content.

·      Basic understanding of child development is a plus.

·      Organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

·      Previous experience in social media or creative content is an advantage.
