The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Executive who can bridge the gap between healthcare and lifestyle. In this role, you won't just post content; you will be the digital architect of our brand, transforming clinical procedures into visual stories that captivate and convert.

Compensation: AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 (Monthly, based on expertise)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Core Responsibilities

• Video Production: Produce, film, and edit dynamic short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) that highlights our doctors, treatments, and successful patient outcomes.
• Digital Presence: Oversee and execute an integrated content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
• Lead Conversion: Act as the first point of contact for digital inquiries, managing social media leads with professional and persuasive communication to drive clinic bookings.
• Brand Activation: Coordinate on-site clinic events and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure premium execution.
• Market Strategy: Design and implement marketing initiatives that elevate our brand standing within the UAE’s competitive beauty and healthcare landscape.

Your Profile

• Industry Expertise: At least 2 years of professional marketing experience specifically within the UAE Beauty or Healthcare sectors.
• Bilingual Communication: Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is required to engage with our diverse patient base.
• Technical Proficiency: High-level mobile cinematography and editing skills (expertise in CapCut, VN, or Premiere Rush).
• Engagement Skills: A background in customer-centric roles with a proven ability to handle sales inquiries and lead management.
• Project Management: Organized and capable of handling event logistics and vendor coordination independently.
