Strategy & Planning: Maintain a consistent monthly content calendar aligned with healthcare awareness months and company goals. Paid Social: Manage small-scale targeted ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads) to reach local families looking for home care solutions. Analysis: Track and report on monthly engagement metrics to help refine our digital presence. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in social media management, preferably within healthcare or service-based industries. Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Canva and video editing apps (e.g., CapCut). Tone: Ability to write with empathy, sensitivity, and professional brand authority.
