Social Media Manager

s responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and online presence. This role oversees content creation, audience interaction, and performance analysis across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos)
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond in a timely and professional manner
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
• Identify opportunities for growth and audience engagement

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and paid social strategies
• Creativity, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and time-management skills
