We’re Hiring – Anesthesia Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Arabic-speaking Anesthesia Specialist to join our medical team in Al Ain.

Position Details

· Title: Anesthesia Specialist

· Language Proficiency: English, Arabic-speaking (preferred)

· Location: Must be ready to relocate to Al Ain

· Licenses: DHA, DOH, or MOH license holders and DOH Eligibility holders are welcome to apply

Scope of Responsibilities

· Conduct preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia plans

· Administer general, regional, spinal, epidural, or local anesthesia

· Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

· Monitor vital signs, ventilation, oxygenation, and hemodynamics

· Perform airway management, intubation, and ventilation support

· Handle intraoperative complications and emergencies

· Manage fluids, medications, and blood products

· Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation

· Oversee postoperative handover to PACU/ICU

· Follow OT safety protocols and WHO checklists

· Check anesthesia equipment and ensure readiness

· Uphold infection control standards

· Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OT staff for safe workflow
