Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, including hearing disorders, sinus diseases, voice and swallowing issues, and sleep apnea.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions for ENT-related conditions, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, and ear procedures.
• Conduct and interpret audiometric and vestibular tests to assess hearing and balance disorders.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient education on preventive measures, treatment options, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Participate in clinical audits, research initiatives, and continuous medical education programs.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency in Otorhinolaryngology; board certification or eligibility as per DOH PQR.
• Valid license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Proficiency in ENT surgical procedures and familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and commitment to continuous professional development.
