1.1 Treat patients by reviewing and understanding their medical backgrounds and examining patients with discomfort or discoloration on their skin, performing biopsies and creating treatment plans for managing or curing a patient’s skin problems.

1.2 Analyze the results from diagnostic skin tests

1.3 Provide treatments based on tests

1.4 Recommend treatments

1.5 Inform on different treatment options and solutions

1.6 Advice on skin health tips and best practices

1.7 Recommend appropriate products

1.8 Evaluate patients before major surgical or other medical procedures

1.9 Refer patients to specialists as the situation requires

1.10 Track and maintain patients' records regularly

1.11 Work with an EMR system

1.12 Adhere with laws and regulations

1.13 Attend clinical management meetings.

1.14 Complete administration, which can include anything from accurately recording patient interventions and referrals to overseeing budgetary information.

1.15 Carry out clinical research in your area of interest.
