Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for specialist doctors located at Emirates International Hospital in Al Ain. Responsibilities include providing expert medical consultations, diagnosing and treating patients, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of care and adherence to patient safety protocols. Tasks may also involve contributing to medical research, staying updated on industry advancements, and engaging in patient education to raise health awareness.

Qualifications

  • Board certification in the relevant medical specialty and a valid license to practice
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing medical conditions within the area of specialty
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with empathy and a patient-focused approach
  • Capability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and provide mentorship to support staff
  • Experience working in hospitals or clinics, ideally in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Proficiency in using medical technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu is an added advantage
