Key Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options.

Conduct orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and trauma surgeries.

Monitor and manage post-operative care and rehabilitation plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic practices and technologies.

Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery processes.

Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of best practices in orthopedic care.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Education & Licensing

  • Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Valid DOH License/Eligibility as a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon.
  • Fellowship training in Arthroscopy, Sports Medicine, or Joint Replacement is an added advantage.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills Excellent clinical knowledge of orthopedic trauma and musculoskeletal disorders affecting the spine, upper limbs, and lower limbs.

Strong expertise in both operative and non-operative management of orthopedic conditions.

Advanced proficiency in arthroscopic and minimally invasive orthopedic procedures.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest orthopedic surgical techniques, implants, and evidence-based treatment protocols.

Ability to independently perform complex trauma fixation, arthroscopic procedures, and joint replacement surgeries.

Well-maintained surgical logbook with documented case volumes and outcomes, available for credentialing and privileging.

Strong communication and patient counseling skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Arabic-speaking is mandatory.

Rehabilitation services at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital, managed by Royal Health Rehabilitation Hospitals Management, provide care for adults with a range of functional impairments arising from acute, sub-acute, or chronic conditions, acquired or congenital abnormalities. Rehabilitation services in the Hospital aim to improve functional status by reducing impairment, activity limitation, and participation restriction, thereby enabling people to maximize their independence and quality of life. Management and care within the Hospital services are provided by multidisciplinary teams with rehabilitation expertise. They work in various settings including: Inpatient Programs include: hospital-based services. Outpatient Program Transitional programs from hospital to home Community-based rehabilitation Consultative program Group programs addressing areas such as mobility, and social skills Rehabilitation services in the hospital include: short-term, long-term or episodic depending upon the nature of the patient’s condition. Central to the provision of rehabilitation services in the hospital is the collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, patients and carers. This collaboration guides the development and implementation of care plans and the process of reviewing a patient’s progress against stated goals. Quality rehabilitation activities in the hospital are patient-focused, educating and enabling patient self-management and considering the experiences of patients and those who care for them. This module focuses on the provision of dedicated rehabilitation services addressing specific functional limitations across multiple physical and psychological domains.
