Knowledge and Skills Required: • A strong understanding of clinical practices, procedures, and healthcare delivery systems is essential. • In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements is crucial • Expertise in managing the accreditation process for healthcare facilities, including knowledge of the requirements and standards set by accrediting bodies, and experience in guiding organizations through the accreditation proce s . • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best pr act ics. • Skills in identifying areas for quality improvement within the organization, conducting audits and assessments, and implementing measures to drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and se r vies. • Proficiency in analyzing data related to quality and compliance, and the ability to generate reports and insights to support decision-making and quality improvement ini tiatves. • Project management skills in planning, executing, and overseeing accreditation and compliance-related initiatives, including the ability to lead and manage projects focused on quality and c omplance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, provide guidance to staff, and serve as a resource for interpreting and applying regulatory requirements and international accredit ati on stadards. • Ability to provide leadership in accreditation and compliance matters, including providing training, education, and support to staff at all levels of th e organzation. • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to address complex quality and compliance challenges within the hea lth care envronment. • Willingness and ability to stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices, and to adapt to evolving requi r ements ad trends. • Understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements in healthcare, and the ability to ensure that the Dubai Health facilities operates in accordanc e w** ith these
