Role Description This is a part time / or full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Ajman. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia, across diverse age groups. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy sessions, and documenting progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, and participating in case discussions to optimize patient outcomes. The Speech Therapist will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure all practices align with relevant healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of Speech and Communication Disorders.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in managing Language Disorders and dysphagia, including evaluation and intervention.
• Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with current professional licensure or eligibility as per UAE and local regulatory requirements.
• Previous clinical experience in healthcare or rehabilitation settings, preferably with diverse age groups and conditions.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong documentation, case management, and time-management abilities, with attention to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
