Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategy Analyst/Junior Associate to join our Strategy and PMO team. The Albatha Healthcare Strategy and PMO team is at the center of the Healthcare Group's strategic planning initiatives across our healthcare companies, working with senior management and the leadership teams.

As part of the Strategy Team, you will be responsible for conducting high-impact analyses for organic and inorganic growth and transformations, deriving actionable insights, and discussing them with senior leadership. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and tracking implementation plans, ensuring their successful roll-out and adoption throughout the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Strategy and PMO, the Albatha Healthcare Group Board and C-suite, and business unit executives to influence long-term decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Be a core member of the M&A team, contributing to all stages of the process, from due diligence to closing and integration planning and execution.
  3. Analyze company performance and competitor strategies to inform the Healthcare Group's strategic decisions.
  4. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives and track progress.
  6. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1.5–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or M&A/investment advisory
  • Experience in GCC or other Middle East markets is required.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data-driven insights to real-world impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
