Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervises on daily bases activities and duties within the assigned areas and coordinates and reports to the concerned management.
  2. Addresses problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.
  3. Accountable for developing, incorporating, and ensuring effectives mechanisms for the awareness, promotion and sustenance of the organizational brand identity and satisfaction internally as well as external.
  4. Seeks in developing and maintaining partnerships and alliances with external organizations, social agencies and the community, in an effort to corporate reputation and brand image and brand preference.
  5. Supervises and oversees of creation and enhancement organizational communication with its internal stakeholders, aiming to gain buy-in and trust, by focusing on increasing receptive feedback channels, ownership on standards and policy implementation, improving outreach, etc.
  6. Supervises timely and accurate internal and external mechanisms in time of crisis.
  7. Accountable for the development/ maintenance and upkeep of all unit manuals, policies and records.
  8. Serves as link between subordinates and upper management.
  9. Conducts performance reviews, motivates team members and creates strategies to boost productivity.
  10. Provides daily supervision and oversight of unit staff and activities, ensuring the delivery of effective and quality services.
  11. Evaluates and supervises the performance and professional development of subordinates according to the performance appraisal policy and initiate corrective action plans as necessary.
  12. Supports the management in the effective coordination, implementation, monitoring and review of processes, protocols and standards related to departmental functions.
  13. Supervises teams with the tools and expertise necessary for successful operation.
  14. Develops strong and effective relationships with staff. Investigates and responds expeditiously to written and verbal inquiries and issues as they arise.
  15. Participates in KSUMC planning and development programs as required.
  16. Evaluates staff performance and submit analysis reports about work-load and accomplishments.
  17. Organizes and provides education and training activities for unit staff as required.
  18. Establishes related Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for evaluation and development of the unit.
  19. Performs administrative activities such as supervision of weekly reports, handling inquiries, preparation of monthly work schedule for staff, tracking work order requests, etc.
  20. Actively addresses employee and work-related issues and problems, guides section supervisors’ performance and concerns.
  21. Writes an official delegation of all responsibilities and assignments prior to leave / vacation.
  22. Performs other job related duties as assigned as per to the policy within the entity assigned.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Management Information System, Statistics, Health Science, Health and Hospital Management or equivalent related field.
  • Preferred: Master Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Management Information System, Statistics, Health Science, Health and Hospital Management or equivalent related field.

Experience

  • Bachelor: Six (6) years work experience in similar field including Three (3) years work experience at senior role.
  • Master: Four (4) years work experience in similar field including Two (2) years work experience at senior role.
