Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive in Abu Dhabi to support procurement, inventory flow, vendor coordination, and logistics operations within our hospitality division. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, procurement coordination, inventory control, logistics planning, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for hospitality needs

• Handle procurement of goods, materials, and services

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment

• Support logistics planning and delivery coordination

• Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and supply records

• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing where required

• Ensure cost efficiency and timely supply of materials

• Assist in inventory forecasting and demand planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in hospitality or FMCG industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• UAE experience preferred
