Talent Acquisition Officer - Nursing Recruiter

Key Duties & Responsibilities Summary: The HR Officer – Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting the full cycle of recruitment across multiple hospitals within the healthcare group. The role ensures timely, efficient, and compliant hiring processes aligned with organizational workforce plans, Saudization requirements, and healthcare licensing standards. The position collaborates closely with hospital leadership, nursing administration, medical departments, and corporate HR to attract high-quality clinical and non-clinical talent.
Functional Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (clinical, medical, allied health, administrative, and support roles).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and healthcare recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs, assess candidate suitability, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, departments, and hospital leadership.
- Prepare candidate evaluation summaries and ensure consistent recruitment documentation.
- Manage job postings and ensure alignment with approved manpower plans.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand roles (Nursing, Physicians, Paramedics, etc.).
- Engage with recruitment agencies and maintain vendor relationships.
- Participate in job fairs, university career events, and international recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain an updated database of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat) targets, and CBAHI/MOH regulations.
- Coordinate with the Credentialing and Licensing team to verify candidate eligibility through:
- SCFHS requirements
- Dataflow verification
- Prometric exams
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and salary proposals within HR/Compensation guidelines.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for onboarding, orientation scheduling, and hospital deployment.
- Ensure smooth transition for new hires into their respective departments.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and vacancy aging.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in analyzing staffing needs for each hospital.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and presentations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower lists, and compliance reporting.
- Support employer-branding initiatives to position the healthcare group as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Promote organizational values, culture, and benefits to attract top talent
- Assures compliance with the CMC regulations, established policies and procedures concerning recruitment processing.
- Performs additional tasks and duties as assigned by Superiors and flexible to work in all CMC Business Units.

Education
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
2–4 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital recruitment.
Knowledge of Saudi labor law and healthcare licensing requirements (SCFHS, Dataflow, visas).
Experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in HR systems, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools.
