Valeo Health is looking for a Telepharmacist to support our growing digital healthcare operations. The role involves guiding patients, supporting prescription-related queries, coordinating with doctors and pharmacies, and ensuring a smooth patient experience across our health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient queries related to medications, prescriptions, refills, and treatment instructions through phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
• Review prescriptions and support safe medication dispensing in coordination with doctors and partner pharmacies.
• Educate patients on dosage, usage, storage, side effects, and general medication safety.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, customer support, and pharmacy partners to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Support chronic care, weight loss, peptide, functional health, and wellness-related medication programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow-ups, and communication notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Experience in telepharmacy
• Experience in telepharmacy, community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or digital health is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Strong communication skills in Arabic ( Requirement )
• Comfortable handling patients over phone, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
• Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
