Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Total Quality Management Manager. The role includes overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality standards, implementing quality assurance strategies, and monitoring quality control measures. The Manager will be responsible for training staff to uphold quality initiatives across all departments. Additionally, the role involves analyzing operational processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a TQM / Quality Manager in a hospital in the UAE
• Strong background in healthcare quality, patient safety, and clinical governance
• Hands-on experience with JCI, CAP, and other healthcare accreditation standards
• Proven leadership and team management experience within a hospital setting
• Degree in Health Management, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
