Job Description

  • Attend customer visits to promote and show the benefits of GEHC Digital and Remote services portfolio and solutions.
  • Working together with connectivity teams to Improve Effective connectivity, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining connectivity tasks logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer digital service issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up connectivity and digital tools data integrity.
  • Monitor Connectivity @ Install funnel utilizing connectivity Hub tool.
  • Create visibility on different buckets (Live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring)
  • Work closely with cross-functions (Connectivity Project Leader, SDM, Field, and HPM) to ensure projects execution and follow up.

Ensure performing live and C@I at timely manner including on-site support
