Job Description

Responsible for the coordination and management of laboratory services and patient cases within the laboratory setting. This role involves ensuring effective communication between laboratory staff, providers, and patients, while overseeing the workflow of lab tests and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Case Management

Oversee and manage patient cases, including coordinating laboratory tests, tracking results, and communicating findings to lab providers and patients.

Patient Interaction

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their lab tests, answering questions, providing education about procedures, and addressing concerns

Workflow optimization

Work closely with laboratory technicians, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate testing and reporting.

Data Management

Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and laboratory operations. Utilize laboratory information systems for data entry and retrieval.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare software systems.

• Data Analysis skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field
