Waitress & Baristas

Waitress Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and provide impeccable table service.
• Present menus, explain specials, and make informed recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining a refined guest experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
• Handle billing and payment transactions with discretion and accuracy.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas to standard.
• Operate professional coffee machines and brewing equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, blends, milk textures, and flavor profiles.
• Ensure bar cleanliness and stock levels at all times.
• Create latte art and maintain a visually appealing drink presentation.
• Engage with customers in a courteous and elegant manner.
