Job Summary

The Waitress cum Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service in Sunny wellness and Medical center café by serving food and beverages while promoting café products, healthy meals, beverages, and wellness retail items. The role ensures a welcoming dining experience and contributes to achieving café sales targets through excellent customer engagement and upselling.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining area at all times.

Sales Responsibilities

• Promote café menu items, healthy beverages, desserts, meal plans, and seasonal promotions.
• Upsell additional food items, beverages, and wellness products to maximize sales.
• Recommend retail products available in the wellness center when appropriate.
• Meet individual and team monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.

Cashiering & Operations

• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments according to company procedures.
• Assist in opening and closing the café.
• Replenish stock, display products attractively, and monitor inventory levels.
• Report low stock items to the supervisor.

Hygiene & Food Safety

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, service stations, and equipment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
