Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive corporate partnerships for our diagnostic center specializing in radiology services. The role focuses on establishing tie-ups with corporates, hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and healthcare networks to expand patient referrals and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate tie-ups with companies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, hospital administrators, and decision-makers
  • Promote radiology services including MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, and mammogram
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to onboard new clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with corporate clients
  • Generate consistent revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Coordinate with operations and medical teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions systematically

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics/hospital industry
  • Strong understanding of radiology or diagnostic services is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Valid driving license

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
