Business Development Manager

Harmony Medical Group is a patient‑centered healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high‑quality medical services with compassion, innovation, and integrity. We are expanding our network and strengthening our partnerships, and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government entities, corporate partners, and key stakeholders
• Lead and manage the organization’s participation in medical, humanitarian, and economic events
• Plan, organize, and oversee all internal and external events, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards
• Identify, engage, and manage influencers and media partners to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness
• Develop and execute influencer collaboration strategies aligned with target audience and services
• Monitor and evaluate influencer performance, ROI, and lead generation impact
• Execute strategic partnerships and collaboration initiatives
• Enhance brand visibility and positioning within the healthcare sector
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and growth initiatives
• Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of business development targets

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

* Proven ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.

* Knowledge of UAE healthcare market, insurance networks, and referral systems is an advantage.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*Excellent English and Arabic speaker is a must. (we prefer UAE Nationality)*
