We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to lead and manage clinical operations for Homecare and On-Call Doctor Services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep clinical knowledge, and extensive experience in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care management within the UAE healthcare sector.

The candidate must hold a valid Dubai healthcare license and have a minimum of three years of experience managing homecare, mobile healthcare, or on-call doctor services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing and clinical operations for home healthcare and on-call doctor services.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and clinical coordinators to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and management teams for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor patient care plans, clinical documentation, and healthcare outcomes.
• Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and competency assessments.
• Manage emergency response coordination and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure proper scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for 24/7 healthcare operations.
• Support business development initiatives and healthcare service expansion strategies.
• Maintain infection control standards and healthcare accreditation requirements.
• Handle patient complaints, incident reports, and quality improvement measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Valid DHA License / Eligibility as Registered Nurse or Director of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Homecare or On-Call Doctor Services in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong understanding of DHA healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
• Experience in healthcare quality assurance and clinical governance.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary healthcare teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare operations management.
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards.
• Strong crisis management and patient care coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with digital healthcare systems and EMR platforms.
