Financial Analyst

Role Description

The Financial Analyst will be tasked with evaluating financial data, creating financial models, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budget planning and forecasting. The role requires monitoring key financial metrics and trends, analyzing performance results, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes align with organizational strategies is also integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to develop and execute effective financial strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Expertise in Financial Statements and familiarity with interpreting balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting principles, including budgeting and forecasting methods
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
