Job Summary

Noubel Rehabilitation Center is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive (Arabic Female) to join our medical and aesthetic services team in Al Ain. This role is responsible for increasing patient volume, improving conversion rates, and supporting the center’s revenue cycle through effective patient communication, service promotion, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic sales, understand patient engagement, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical center, clinic, or aesthetic clinic sales (Required)
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes in healthcare settings
  • Basic knowledge of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures (laser, skin treatments, physiotherapy, rehabilitation services, etc.)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (Required)
  • Arabic nationality (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Sales and Patient Conversion

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
  • Promote medical and aesthetic services offered by the center
  • Explain treatment plans, packages, and service benefits to patients
  • Follow up with leads and inactive patients to increase bookings

Revenue Cycle Support

  • Support front desk and insurance teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Ensure accurate patient data entry in the system
  • Coordinate with reception and clinical teams to optimize scheduling
  • Support revenue growth by maximizing appointment utilization
  • Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

Patient Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with patients to improve retention
  • Provide professional and ethical service information
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction
  • Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate when needed

Compliance and Documentation

  • Follow DOH regulations and center policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Ensure proper documentation of communications and appointments
  • Support administrative and operational reporting when required

Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare or aesthetic clinic workflow
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle processes
  • Ability to build trust and maintain patient relationships
  • Organized and target-oriented

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare or aesthetic sales experience
  • Understanding of revenue cycle and appointment conversion
  • Arabic and English fluency
  • Ability to work in Al Ain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aesthetic or rehabilitation centers
  • Experience in UAE healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with DOH regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
