Senior Product Specialist – Aesthetic & Dermatology Division

RovaMED is a fast-growing medical aesthetics company specialized in advanced aesthetic and dermatology solutions. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Product Specialist to join our expanding team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and develop sales of aesthetic and dermatology products across clinics and medical centers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinic owners, and key accounts
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and professional training sessions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on events, workshops, and promotional campaigns
• Provide high-level customer support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology sales within the UAE market
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic products and clinic workflow
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) is preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented mindset
• UAE driving license is preferred
