Lymphatic Therapist - Home Health

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lymphatic Therapist - Home Health based in United Arab Emirates. The Lymphatic Therapist will provide expert lymphatic care, including manual lymphatic drainage therapy and decongestive treatments, to patients in home health settings. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families about self-care techniques, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. The therapist will also maintain accurate documentation of consultations and treatment sessions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in manual lymphatic drainage techniques and other related therapeutic care methods
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and lymphedema management
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (e.g., Vodder, Casley-Smith, or equivalent) is required
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Therapy or related field
• Previous experience in home health care or lymphedema therapy is an asset
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• with UAE Driving License
