We’re Hiring – Nursing Supervisor 🚨

Sidra Home Healthcare is a trusted and growing home healthcare provider in the UAE, dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes. We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team for immediate joining.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

💰 Salary: Up to AED 6,500

🕒 Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

✅ DHA License/Eligibility (Mandatory)

✅ Experience in home healthcare in UAE or home country

✅ Ability to manage 50+ staff members

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assign duty rosters for nurses, homecare nurses, and drivers using software

• Communicate schedules and operational updates to staff

• Manage stock arrangement and inventory calculations

• Handle insurance patient approvals and coordination

• Conduct regular patient visits and weekly insurance follow-ups

• Resolve nursing staff issues and provide operational support

• Conduct training for nurses and ensure compliance

• Manage nurse bags, leave planning, and public holiday scheduling

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the home healthcare team
