We’re Hiring: Office Employee/Administrator Company: HealPort

Location: Muscat, Oman

Employment Type: Full-time - On-Site

HealPort is expanding its presence in Oman and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Muscat office. This role is essential to ensuring efficient office management and supporting HealPort’s growing regional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative activities

• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

• Support management with reporting, presentations, and documentation

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders

• Maintain office supplies, records, and a professional working environment

• Provide administrative support related to finance, HR, and procurement when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in office administration or a similar role

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Professional demeanor, discretion, and attention to detail

• Currently based in Oman or legally eligible to work in Oman
