Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell clinic services, treatments, and packages to walk-in patients and external leads.
• Build and maintain a strong client database through active outreach, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Provide personalized consultations to patients, explaining treatment options and packages.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a strong focus on conversion and upselling.
• Coordinate with the medical and front-desk team to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
• Attend marketing events, community activities, and external meetings to expand sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of product and treatment knowledge to confidently present services.
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients.
• Willing and able to relocate or commute to RAK.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Arabic or English proficiency (both is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
