Sales Supervisor - RX Plus

Role Description The Sales Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for leading and supporting a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets for RX Plus compounding pharmacy related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising sales activities, setting performance goals, monitoring key metrics, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Sales Supervisor will manage customer accounts, ensure high-quality customer service, and build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to training initiatives and process improvements to drive overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, develop, and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and convey information clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in sales supervision or team leadership within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) is an advantage.
