Senior Product Specialist – Medical Aesthetics (UAE Experience Required)

About the Role

RovaMED is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing key accounts, conducting product presentations, and building strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and develop RovaMED's portfolio of aesthetic products within the UAE market.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Organize and support workshops, training sessions, and scientific events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Medical Aesthetics, Dermatology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical Sales.
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
✔ Strong network within dermatology and aesthetic clinics in the UAE.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Valid UAE driving license.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
✔ Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidates

• Experience with aesthetic injectables, skin boosters, exosomes, mesotherapy, or regenerative medicine products.
• Existing relationships with leading aesthetic clinics and physicians across the UAE.
