Harmony Medical Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of educational, community, and corporate events across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage medical education programs, study clubs, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Organize event logistics, registrations, venues, suppliers, and promotional materials.
  • Liaise with speakers, partners, schools, corporate clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth event execution and a positive attendee experience.
  • Prepare event reports and track attendance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
