Experienced Sole Accountant & Finance Manager

Industry: Animal Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Distribution

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Sole Accountant to independently manage the company’s accounting and financial operations in Oman and UAE . The ideal candidate should have senior accounting experience while being comfortable handling a hands-on sole accountant role in a growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Manage full-cycle accounting operations independently

⁠ ⁠Handle AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll, and banking

⁠ ⁠Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and profitability analysis

⁠ ⁠Develop budgets and support management in improving profitability

⁠ ⁠Generate Excel-based reports for financial decision-making

⁠ ⁠Maintain inventory accounting and monitor cash flow

⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with VAT and accounting standards

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and management

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Minimum : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance /Masters degree in Accounting & Finance .

⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of accounts management experience

⁠ ⁠Previous senior accountant or independent accounting experience

⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting

⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally

⁠ ⁠Experience in trading, distribution, pharmaceutical, or inventory-based businesses preferred

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Oman/UAE VAT regulations is an advantage

⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and organizational skills

⁠ ⁠Professional English communication skills; Arabic is a plus

⁠ ⁠Pleasant personality with respectful and professional communication

Salary

500 OMR per month
