Job Summary

:The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle and partners with business leaders to attract and secure high-caliber talent across the organization. Operating with an executive-search mindset, the team acts as strategic talent advisors and internal search partners to the business — going beyond traditional recruitment to lead proactive sourcing for critical and leadership positions. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership hiring, market mapping, and the use of advanced, AI-enabled recruitment technology

Key Responsibilitie**

• s:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through candidate selection and offe
• r.Act as an internal executive-search partner, proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for critical and leadership role
• s.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, define role profiles, and shape targeted recruitment strategie
• s.Source, screen, and assess candidates through internal and external job boards and direct-search methodologie
• s.Leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools to strengthen sourcing, candidate assessment, and market mapping while maintaining high standards of quality and complianc
• e.Identify and implement innovative technologies, automation, and data-driven approaches to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experienc
• e.Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and recruitment best practic
• e.Coordinate interviews and assessment activities, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughou

Qualification**

• s: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fie
• ld.4+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally combining executive search / agency and in-house corporate recruitme
• nt.Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong command of interview and evaluation techniqu
• es.Sound understanding of HR policy, UAE employment law, and compliance requiremen
• ts.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skil
• ls.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneous
