Our operations span the East Coast of the UAE, with additional facilities in Dubai.

We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic healthcare leaders to join our team in Fujairah and Dibba for the following positions:

• Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Hospital Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Lead and Manage the Team Efficiently and Effectively

Ensure compliance to regulatory, legislative and internal process and practices

Establish, maintain and monitor all the financial processes that will enable the stability and growth of the facility

Provide management and guidance to the team to effectively execute all the related operational process.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

10+ Years of experience in Healthcare industry including financial management preferably with prior experience in managing healthcare business.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Relevant academic qualifications in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Proven healthcare administration and operations experience.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

Experience in hospital accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Application of sound budgeting and financial Planning and Management Principles

Computer Literacy and Proficiency in MS Office

Demonstrate a strong understanding and the correct application of business metrics, governance and risk

Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements

Sound understanding of Financial Statements

Awareness of UAE Regulations and Laws
