Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Audiologist & Speech Therapist to join our newly opening department at Alain Medical Center, Ajman. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patients’ hearing and communication abilities while contributing to the growth of our specialized services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments and speech evaluations for patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose and treat hearing, balance, and speech disorders.
• Recommend and fit hearing aids and assistive devices as needed.
• Provide speech therapy and rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare progress reports.
• Work closely with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in awareness programs and patient education initiatives.
• Contribute to the promotion and development of the audiology and speech therapy department.
• Engage with patients and families professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support marketing and sales activities related to hearing aids and therapy programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology, Speech Therapy, or a related field.
• Valid MOH or DHA license/eligibility is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting (UAE experience preferred).
• Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or patient engagement skills are welcomed.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to contribute to a new and growing department.
